What’s a Futures Pool?
It’s a collection of people, who want to register their interest in joining or being involved with Higlo in the future. We’ll keep you in the loop for future roles, hiring events, help we need, and generally Higlo related things.
How does your Futures Pool work?
We don’t actively monitor or approve people into in the Pool, but when we want to open a new position, or are looking for help or a particular expertise, the Futures Pool is the first place we look. Anyone can join, regardless of experience or skill level, and we’ll let you know as soon as we have something suitable.
Is the Future’s Pool only for future positions, or also freelancers, contractors or fractional roles?
When applying to join the Future’s Pool below, you can state the kind of thing you’re looking for. We mostly use the Futures Pool for full time positions, but also sometimes for more flexible roles.
Is the Futures Pool only for technical roles?
The Futures Pool is for all kinds of different roles, skills and interests. We do all the filtering on our side, so you can join once and we’ll contact you when we have something suitable.
